The minute I found out about the Cancer Warriors Foundation, through a tv ad years ago, I felt I had to help.   It is heartbreaking to know that there are innocent children who are suffering.   Some of them can be saved, but many of them lack funds.

Here are the statistics:

• In resource-rich countries, three out of four kids now survive cancer and become healthy adults.
• In the Philippines, 80% of them die.
• In the Philippines, one child dies of cancer every three hours.

The foundation has many programs and campaigns that help raise awareness and funds, one of which is the selling of christmas cards designed by the kids they are helping.  There are several designs you can choose from.

• One set consists of ten (10) cards and ten (10) envelopes

• Delivery within Metro Manila is available for a minimum order of four (4) sets
• Pick-up is at Paseo Parkview Suites, Valero cor. Sedeno Streets, Makati City; please advise 3 days to 1 week head so that the cards may be prepared
